Thank you for visiting and shopping at GlowbackLED®. We try our best to create an easy and positive shopping experience. Following are terms and conditions that constitute to our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing time
All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or weekends. Shipping operations take place Monday through Friday.
The express shipping cut-off time is 12PM EST. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of order, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please plan for addition days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order our customer service specialists will contact, you via email or phone.
**Shipping time varies on customized extrusions and LED Panels.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $200 include FREE Fedex Ground Shipping. Exclusion applies on special order or over-sized items.
Shipping rates include: Fedex Ground, Fedex 2Day, Fedex Express Saver, Fedex Standard Overnight, and Fedex Priority Overnight.
Shipping oversize charges are calculated and quoted with a customer service representative. Customers will be responsible for oversize charges. For quotes on oversize orders please contact email@example.com
Signature Required Policy
To insure that our items are delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery will be required on any orders of $500 or more.
Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement per order, but it must be done before your item ships out. To do this, you will need to complete and sign a release form, prior to your shipment leaving our warehouse. You should be aware that if you choose this option that you are releasing GlowbackLED® and the carrier from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door. Important Note: Signature Requirements cannot be removed once the item is in transit. If you do not waive the signature prior to the order’s departure, then you will be responsible for all shipping fees in the return and reshipment of your item.
Damages in transit
If there are any damages upon delivery, please take photos and contact us immediately. We have 48 hours to report shipping damages are per carriers policy. No damage report will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
We primarily ship Fedex. Certain customized orders do require freight shipment. If your order requires a freight shipment, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
We currently do not ship internationally. We do allow for exemptions which are determined on quantity purchased. Please contact email@example.com for international inquires.
We do NOT ship to PO boxes.
