LED Light Channel "F" 8 ft (94")

The rounded, semicircular lens of Aluminum Profile "F" has made it a popular solution for decorative linear LED lighting. The compact, rounded shape, makes Aluminum Profile "F" resemble the appearance of a neon tube. Its rounded diffuser allows it to evenly diffuse our high density DOTLESS LED strips, but also can be used with our medium-output 60/M RGB LED strips to create even RGB Lighting. Extruded from a premium aluminum alloy, Aluminum Profile "F" acts as a heat-sink maximizing the life of any LED strip. Aluminum Profile "F" can accommodate any waterproof or non-waterproof LED strip up to 12mm (0.48") wide. Aluminum Profile "F" is conveniently sold in 8ft lengths as a completed kit including a pair of end-caps, mounting clips, and your choice of a UV resistant clear or frosted lens. Installation

Install in minutes with easy snap-and-go clips. Aluminum housing "F" comes with (3) mounting clips. Simply install clips onto your desired surface with screws and quickly snap your LED aluminum housing into place.

Cutting

To cut your aluminum profiles and make your lighting fixtures a custom length, simply snap the lens onto the profile, and place the channel onto a miter saw with the lens facing down. By doing this you can easily cut both the channel and lens to your desired length at the same time. We recommend using a NEW fine tooth blade to cut your aluminum channels for LED strips. The diffuser/lens is fragile and will easily break with an old blade. The easiest way to avoid breaking a lens or diffuser is to lower the saw blade slowly while cutting.
