The compact design and included suspension kit allow one to professionally suspend the fixture from ceilings without hassle. Applications

Aluminum profile "P" is designed for suspended mounted installations. It features an attractive square lens, making it perfect for use in showrooms, retail spaces, kitchens, and for any creative lighting solutions one can think of! It can be suspended or surface mounted depending on your application. Although intended mainly for indoor use, aluminum channels protect LED strips from direct exposure to damaging elements.

Installation:
With aluminum profile "P", one has the option of using a suspension kit to hang the light fixture, or directly screw into your mounting surface for surface mounted applications.

Installation

Mounting Method #1 (Use of Suspension Kit)

Install in minutes with our included suspension kit. Simply screw the anchor into your desired surface, install the included aircraft cable and cut to your desired length. Before Installing the closed end-cap onto light fixture, slide cable-grip retaining screws into the rear channel of the aluminum housing. Insert End-Cap, and tighten cable-gripper onto light fixture. Aircraft cable can now be pulled into the cable-grip and adjusted to desired suspension height.

Surface Mounting Method (Direct-Screw)
Drill hole specific to your mounting screw diameter into aluminum housing. Counter-sink the hole so a flat-head screw can sit flush with the housing. Install LED Strip over screw.

Cutting

To cut your aluminum profiles and make your lighting fixtures a custom length, simply snap the lens onto the profile, and place the channel onto a miter saw with the lens facing down. By doing this you can easily cut both the channel and lens to your desired length at the same time. We recommend using a NEW fine tooth blade to cut your aluminum channels for LED strips. The diffuser/lens is fragile and will easily break with an old blade. The easiest way to avoid breaking a lens or diffuser is to lower the saw blade slowly while cutting.
